Frequently asked questions
How are these namaz timings calculated?
They use the University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi calculation method, which is widely used in Pakistan, with the Hanafi method for Asr. The times follow the location of the city you choose.
Why does my mosque show a slightly different time?
Mosques often set their own jamaat times a few minutes after the start of each prayer, and some add a safety margin. Follow your local mosque for congregational prayers.
What time is Sehri and Iftar?
Sehri ends at the start of Fajr and Iftar is at Maghrib. The calculator shows both times for your city, but please follow your local announced Ramadan timetable.
Can I see the whole month?
Yes. Open “Show this month’s full timetable” under the prayer times to see every day of the current month for your city.
