Pak ID App Adds Appointment Booking Feature

The Pak ID mobile application is receiving a significant upgrade: a new appointment booking system allowing citizens to reserve slots at NADRA Registration Centers through the app itself. Rolling out in Phase I across 43 locations—including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Gujrat, Bahawalpur, Gilgit, Skardu, Gwadar, and Diamir—it aims to reduce queues and ease crowd management at service centers. Users should update their Pak ID app to access the soon-to-be‑launched feature.

This enhancement aligns with NADRA’s broader goal of improving public services through digital tools. Since earlier in the year, the Pak ID app version 3.8.1 added digital ID storage and facial verification to support users with fingerprint issues and simplify identity verification.

Pak ID’s latest version will soon let users book appointments at 43 NADRA centers nationwide, including major cities and remote regions. The feature aims to reduce wait times and streamline service delivery. Updates like digital ID storage and face verification, introduced earlier, further enhance the user experience.
